It’s blondes versus brunettes this time on Knockout Girlz as Heidi (the blonde) takes on former ECW and TNA star Shelly Martinez (the brunette).
The altercation begins with Heidi asking Shelly Martinez to train her in pro wrestling, Shelly Martinez agrees and Heidi gets excited. Shelly Martinez starts the training by putting Heidi in a front face lock and Heidi quickly escapes, which prompts Shelly Martinez to have a real match with Heidi, who quickly agrees.
The match begins with Shelly Martinez quickly putting Heidi in a front face lock, which hurts Heidi, who questions Shelly Martinez’s attitude. Shelly Martinez questions Heidi’s strength, so Heidi quickly puts Shelly Martinez on the ground with a takedown. Both girls lock up and Shelly Martinez easily shoves Heidi to the mat, which allows Shelly Martinez to put Heidi in an arm bar. Heidi escapes and mounts Shelly Martinez, Heidi quickly proclaims that she has pinned Shelly Martinez. Shelly Martinez quickly takes Heidi down, but Heidi easily forces Shelly Martinez in the corner and hits her with belly punches and a butt to face smothering.
An angered Shelly Martinez takes Heidi down with a waist lock, then applies the front face lock on her under experienced foe. Shelly Martinez then goes behind Heidi to lock her in a boston crab, but Heidi is quick to escape and lock Shelly Martinez in the camel clutch. Shelly Martinez doesn’t take long to recover before putting Heidi in a texas cloverleaf and modified figure four leg lock. Heidi starts grabbing Shelly Martinez’s foot, Shelly Martinez tricks Heidi into releasing her foot and continues to hurt Heidi.
Heidi eventually gets on top of Shelly Martinez to put her in a second camel clutch, then she uses the grapevine to weaken Shelly Martinez further. Shelly Martinez eventually escapes the grapevine to put Heidi in a grapevine of her own, which eventually tires both women. Shelly Martinez recovers first and puts Heidi in a cross arm breaker, but Heidi escapes to lock Shelly Martinez in a third camel clutch.
Heidi eventually releases the camel clutch to wrap her legs around Shelly Martinez and put her in a sleeper hold, but Shelly Martinez escapes and focuses on Heidi’s arm. Heidi escapes to grapevine Shelly Martinez as both women start taunting the other, Shelly Martinez eventually regains the advantage by locking Heidi in the stump puller and leveling her with belly punches/kicks in the corner. Shelly Martinez then puts Heidi down with a snap mare before laying on top of her and applying a sleeper hold. Heidi escapes the sleeper hold and forces Shelly Martinez to the corner, where she assaults her with belly punches/kicks.
Shelly Martinez finds her way out of the corner, which leads to both her and Heidi both choking the other until they both fall to the ground in pain. Shelly Martinez recovers first to put Heidi in the leg scissors while using the ropes, Heidi escapes to lock Shelly Martinez in a stump puller of her own. Shelly Martinez gets out of the hold and locks Heidi in the figure four leg lock, Heidi breaks free of the hold and starts choking Shelly Martinez. Shelly Martinez gets out of the chokehold to hit Heidi with some belly punches and locking her in a boston crab, Heidi uses her power to escape the hold and work over Shelly Martinez’s belly in the corner.
Heidi then tosses Shelly Martinez on the mat and starts pulling at her hair, Heidi then resumes her choking of Shelly Martinez on the mat. However Shelly Martinez escapes the hold to put Heidi in a pinning combination, then putting Heidi in a texas cloverleaf. Both girls then have a test of strength, which Shelly Martinez eventually wins after a long battle with Heidi. Shelly Martinez then attempts to pin Heidi, but Heidi breaks free to put Shelly Martinez in another sleeper hold.
Shelly Martinez breaks free of the hold before forcing Heidi to the corner, where Heidi midsection gets destroyed by belly punches. Shelly Martinez then drags Heidi’s face along the top rope, but Heidi quickly recovers to put Shelly Martinez in another sleeper hold. Shelly Martinez quickly escapes the move to crush Heidi with belly punches and a stomach/breast claw and pinning combination. Heidi gets on top of Shelly Martinez and attempts to pin her, Shelly Martinez quickly reverses Heidi and puts her in a crossbow stretch.
With the vastly experienced Shelly Martinez having her hands full with the rookie Heidi, who will take the victory, the veteran or the rookie?
Outtakes are next, where Shelly Martinez and Heidi go over the custom script that was written by a Knockout Girlz fan.
Match Thoughts: It is fun seeing Shelly Martinez again after her departure from TNA and Heidi wasn’t a bad opponent either. There was some funny moments during the battle when Shelly Martinez continually had to fix Heidi’s breast after she had some “nip slip” moments in the match. Although Shelly Martinez has returned to Knockout Girlz, Heidi hasn’t been seen since at this point in time.
